Hayescopes ("we", "us") is run by Marc Hayes. This page explains what we collect when you use zodimate.com, why we collect it, and your choices. Hayescopes is for people 18 and older.
• What you give us: your name, email, birth date, birth time (if you share it), birthplace (city, state or province, and country), and anything you add to your profile, such as your profession, photos and messages.
• Payment: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We get a confirmation that you paid, your email, and a customer ID.
• Basic visit information: things like your browser type and which pages you open. We may use an analytics tool to count visits and see which ads bring people to the site.
• To write your personal horoscope and birth chart from your birth details.
• To email you your daily horoscope, receipts and account messages.
• To let you sign in, save your profile, and use matches and AI companions.
• To keep the site safe and to improve it.
We share only what is needed with the companies that power Hayescopes: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (the AI that writes horoscopes and companion chat, which receives your birth details and chat messages to do this), and Cloudinary (photo uploads). Each company has its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
We save some information in your browser (such as being signed in) so the site works. You can clear it in your browser settings.
We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete it, we will, except for payment records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.
• Cancel your weekly horoscope at any time through the link in your Stripe receipt email, or by emailing us.
• See, fix or delete your information by emailing us.
• Stop emails by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us.
We use trusted services and secure connections to protect your information. No website can promise perfect security, so please use a strong sign-in method and keep your email account safe.
